The ‘COVID & Climate‘ activity has proven to be an ecological milestone amidst the third phase of COVID-19, demonstrating its commitment to tackling any challenges as a committed and responsible nation. In reality, the prize distribution is to celebrate the success of equipping students and their families to successfully fight the Coronavirus, and secondly, to learn lessons from the pandemic to achieve greener developments in our lives. It is not about prizes and rewards as this is the smallest part of the campaign which aims to extend the spirit of developing our society into a responsible and environmentally friendly Pakistani nation in the partnership of students and their educational institutions.
Thousands of students participated in the activity along with their families with a commitment to learning new methods and ways to successfully combat a huge global challenge like COVID-19 and learning new modern ways to make Pakistan and our planet cleaner and greener.
We at Green Living Association extend our gratitude to everyone who has joined the ‘COVID and Climate’ activity in the spirit of achieving a broad national goal. In recognition, the GLA has presented a Certificate of Participation to each Green Angel (participating student) to recognize their outstanding green initiative. Other prizes include Rs. 100,000 cash prize, Laptop Cooling Stands, Gold and Silver Medals, Honour Shields and Green Ambassadors’ Insignia.
We believe that COVID & Climate’s real achievement is to bring about positive change in society regardless of awards and prizes as these are the smaller part of the great success we are achieving together to develop commitment and sense of responsibility as responsible and dedicated Pakistanis . We thank all our Green Partners; school principals, administrators, teachers, dear Green Angels and, of course, parents, for their commitment to making Pakistan and planet greener and healthier.
Due to space limitations, we have given below the names of some national winners, which is not a true expression of the remarkable achievements of the green angels. There are hundreds of other winners about them, we will inform individual campuses via email. We hope that by this weekend we will be able to complete the process of informing each participating campus via email of their winners and awards.
We have arranged to dispatch all awards and prizes to the respective campuses in the month of April. If a campus does not receive its respective awards during this time, please contact our program team to help us take appropriate action.
